Maybe put the times next to the dates in the "When:" section near the top?

It's still there! You've already got a "When: ...; Where...." in your box right at the top. I'm just suggesting adding a time range in "When"
(Also the current version is much better than when I said that - the explanation on the left and the box with essential information is a good combination)
