Ha yeah embracing haters is very unnatural human behaviour
-up and all that bravado. But I care about people.
I encourage folk to try it if they can. Risking being disliked and actually seeing and feeling people *like you more* sets up a feedback loop eventually

Yep. Gonna have to do that more. Been an ongoing personal work project for the last... 15 years. The appeaser in me is deep seated. It’s a wonderful skill to be hyper aware of whether people are enjoying themselves, but I struggle to not let it be the only thing I care about.
