Cool thought, but I still think it's a horrible idea. Are you into fighting? But if people want to fight in an open gender class, then fair enough, have at it. Gabi Garcia would do great in an open gender class, but also she is juiced up to the eyeballs.

It isn't that I doubt that there are/would be people who out-class men of the same weight at a professional level (this is far more normal at lower skill levels, women make men look silly in the gym everyday),my main objection: I think the moral hazard for that precedent is huge.

Intonwarching fighting but have done boxing non-seriously and kickboxing slightly more seriously for about 4 years in my 20s. Should get back to it :/

My wife is huge into jiu jitsu competition and trains day-in-day-out with 95% men. When its competition time she’s desperate to find female competitors of similar rank, age, and weight. She doesn’t want more men.
