Just found a poem I wrote called 'Fuck You, Milan Kundera' haha I'd forgotten about it. The very quote that made me throw Unbearable Lightness of Being across the room was repeated as a chapter intro in Sex At Dawn and I threw that across the room too

"Mono-pain"!! I've never heard that before. Is that, like, "one note", "vanilla" pain?
Not heard of those! I may have made up mono-pain, it’s like man-pain (lots of art is about the man being sad) except it’s monogamous people making life hard for themselves and then complaining.
