people with high emotional granularity can easily differentiate between feeling excited, delighted, happy, pleased people with lower emotional granularity clump all of these feelings under a single label, e.g. happiness

Wide range but also huge gaps. Here's 2 custom emoji I add to any slack I'm in a lot. Dunno if plotting's an emotion, but it's defs a mood. :happycry: is so vital. I’ve heard via internet memes that people have indeed been helped by emojis, although that it helped people understand *other people’s* emotions better, rather than their own.
