What are some lifestyle choices or decisions you’ve made that most people would consider “unconventional”? — taking a different path, coloring outside the lines, etc. If those choices are in hindsight, how do you think about them now?

Always lived in group houses - I still endorse; I always imagine I would be too lonely by myself. Went from atheist to some sort of spiritual, and utilitarian to something systems-like - much endorse, my life is so much better Moved away from my partner yet stayed together

You seem like someone who makes so many unconventional choices that I kinda want to flip the question around: What are the biggest areas in your life where you’ve outsourced your decisions to convention?

MetaJess @ssica3003Replying to @KevinSimlerI feel that “most people’s” idea of a “conventional” choice or life path are outdated, often stupid, unthinking, tradition fallacy and as a consequence almost entirely wrong. All of my life choices are somewhat unconventional because I actually thought about them.1 reply 0 retweets 2 likes
I had a crap childhood, single mum, very bad money stress etc. I was mindful / controlling (too much) of a lot of my decisions. One thing: I believed my mums advice on education being important. Only other thing I can think is: carpentry tools. I trust them!
