Only skimmed your links but they seem to be about internal relations. I was more thinking about how organizations relate to outside entities. Of course these two are linked so I will have to read them more closely.

I found the first article rather weak except for, interestingly, the case study. I wish it would just have been a detailed description of buurtzorg.
