I'm going out on a limb and predicting that Justice Ginsburg isn't voting for the Government in the Census case. One might think this is studiously neutral recitation of facts -- Ross "said" that he was trying to help the DOJ; the Census Bureau analyses said what they said; the evidence showed Ross wanted to add the question before the DOJ asked. But I doubt they appear in majority opinion.
It is certainly fair to say that respondents think a ruling for the government would stretch deference to its breaking point. And it appears that Justice Ginsburg agrees.
I'm guessing Justice Ginsburg is in the process of drafting a doozy of a dissent, if she's willing to drop these clues already.
Probably to sound the alarm that we're in extreme danger.
I think the “beyond the breaking point” is a call out to Roberts that he better get his act together or she is going to go all NotoriousRBG on him. 
I mean... is Youngstown even a good case to describe executive authority anymore when you have an executive unwilling to tell the truth or comply with Congress?
