    New Yorkers can only vote in their party's primaries. Anyone who wanted to change their party in order to vote in Thursday's primary in NY had to do so by October 13, 2017.

    In November, Floridians will vote on a constitutional amendment (Amendment 4) that would automatically restore voting rights for most people once they complete their sentences. It would essentially take voting rights away from the discretion of this panel.
