    PSA for users - upgrade or remove your HyperSnap 6 installation. It's causing issues on Win10, especially if you also have HitmanPro.Alert installed.

    users - I see app hang reports where SSMS was trying to show an error dialog but the user closed the app as "not responding". One scenario is trying to expand a node in object explorer. If you run into this hang on ssms 18.5, don't kill the app! Contact me, I have some Qs!
