It seems that the typical incel is not incapable of finding a partner, he simply cannot attract the partners he desires. Elliot Rodgers was a decent-looking young man, from a prosperous background, but a creepy sociopath. Not every guy can date a Victoria's Secret model.

Part of it, but it's a broad movement that varies between "i cant get my bone on with my ideal" to "it's a feminist conspiracy to deny me sex" to "we should enslave women"

Even if women were enslaved, the still couldn’t afford the one they want. If they had enough money, they’d be getting some right now no matter how disgusting they are (e.g. Trump).
