Sorry Apple. After 10 years loyalty, this latest MBPro with useless touchbar and unreliable keyboard was last straw. Switched to Dell XPS13👋

Ok lol. Dell is trying so hard to hide all this junk. Much progress has been made 🤗pic.twitter.com/MQ904IMXDo

I'm sure you're swamped by questions but I'm curious: what was the beef with the keyboard? How was it unreliable? (Also hi!)

keys just stopped working. The 1st time it was an ordeal to replace the whole computer. 2d time fixed itself. 3d time I bought a Dell

Dying keys have been a frequent problem on the similar 12" MacBook keyboard since its launch two years ago.

Why they brought that extremely compromised, controversial keyboard to the entire lineup is baffling to me.

Months in, it's the only thing I really still hate about the new MBPs. (Although I honestly haven't found Touch Bar useful.)

FWIW I love the feel of that keyboard (weird I know?) and haven't had reliability problems. But, I understand 100%…

What made you choose XPS? I'm thinking of switching from MBP to the Surface Book which seems awesome.

mostly just good reviews. It's a super slick machine... very apple-like in fit and finish plus the keyboard works :)

touchbar is pretty useless…I honestly thought I’d hate the keyboard but got used to it ~1 day…except for ⬆️ / ⬇️

it wasn't a matter of getting used to it, it was a matter of keys failed again and again
