Haha! Looks like it! "Code orange" ;) I loved Benny and the silver skull (without skeleton body) too. Very piratey.
I'd dress that skeleton as a pirate anyway. Looks like some kind of buried treasure/ghost pirate hybrid.
I adore Benny, and I had somewhere good to put him year-round I would totally buy him on sale. I like his color. :)
I actually printed the skull on one of those pillows off the graphics fairy web site for the Halloween party once.
I think this is him. I taped a support on the back so he'd stand up: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-JwZe5caTNzI/VEaGNnjY3nI/AAAAAAAAEQA/mOkITgcZeKo/s1600/IMG_1026.JPG …
I just compared the skulls side by side. There's a slight difference, because mine has numbered parts, but mostly the same.
Those skulls DO look the same! Your party looks AMAZING!!! It makes me want to come to one. :)
If you didn't see this blog post, the whole party had a skeleton theme that year: http://justineshalloween.blogspot.com/2014/10/welcome-to-witch-party-2014.html …

And yes, oh the bats. She actually found a dead one in the house this summer. Previous summers they were getting in between
