“It’s just The Fall in 1985, isn’t it?, They haven’t got an original idea in their heads.” this is what the late great MES said of pavement when asked. i never found fault in this. i think it was his way of liking us. what a profound influence on our band.

On Jan 17, 1989 Pavement recorded it's first 7" in Stockton, CA. On the same day, someone walked into Cleveland Elementary School across town and gunned down 30 8 to 9 year old kids, murdering 5! Weapon of choice? A semi automatic!

george bush 1 was a dick. stop making him out to be cool. he ruined the world we live in now. his son was bad too, but at least he was dumb.

I know it's fun to go after dummies like ted and other gop douce bags who donated to nra etc, but the real change happens when our elected democratic leadership feels threatened by our voices. call em! end the buster !

Matthew Zeek Harris left us last night. He was the best! He was my friend! Hell, he had many friends! Known Matt since mid 90’s Berkeley daze. We originally connected with music and our love for the Oakland A’s. He first played bass in Overwhelming Colorfast.

why is everyone complaining about venue merch fees all of a sudden? venues have been ripping off bands (and fans) for years. buy from bands websites or from the stage if you can!

anyone out there know how to not have pitchfork be the first thing someone sees when they search for me on google? its' really frustrating when a site with such a history of hating your music is the first thing you see.
