Oddly, they took the victim to a US hospital and the victim wasn't violently expelled from that US medical facility! Weird.

It's odd, I was up all last night hearing the booms and pops all over the area (I live 3 blocks down from CHOP) and not once did I hear a police siren. Not even faintly. Yet the police say they responded to a shooting and then got mad that the person was already at the hospital.
