I see their badges like this when they testify in court. I think Durkan is correct (on this small point).

Dude- so this office covered their badge number but not their name. No news

I was there. Every single cop I saw had it hidden or obscured. I was 6 inches from a man with a silly sticker on his body cam, and his number was covered. They're all cowards.

Every badge I saw was covered. Its so they can be even more indiscriminately brutal towards protesters while not being accountable for their actions (again, even more so than usual!). At this point, we just have to throw the whole damn system out. #AbolishSPD #AbolishThePolice
