Actually not. Chinese can say everything, and the wall is just blocks the app or website which against the law in China. For example, why twitter was blocked is that twitter don't want to obey Chinese law and twitter sees Hong Kong Macau Taiwan as three countries.

The western think that everyone else are slaves for them and we must obey them and their principles and they always right

The West uses means to brainwash people, so that everyone feels that their universally applicable systems and principles are correct. In fact, they are very stupid.
