    ASAT TEST: This was the initial call from NASA to the regarding the debris caused by Russia's anti-satellite test. Not a fun wakeup call. Safe-haven procedures were put into effect. This courtesy the ISS Stream.

    Debris generated by the dangerous Russian ASAT test caused ISS astronauts and cosmonauts to undertake emergency procedures for safety. It's unthinkable that Russia would endanger not only intl partner astronauts on the ISS but also their own cosmonauts.

    Currently relistening to space to ground calls from earlier this morning and inital estimations where that „safe haven“ protocol would have stayed in place for up to a day since the debris cloud would meet the every 90min.
