    Started the day kinda down. Dragged myself out of bed at 1pm and to the gym and had a gruesome leg workout with 6 new PRs. Then 8 minute cold plunges (new PR). And now I feel relaxed. What you want isn’t always what you need.

    Trying to unlearn a habit of crossing my legs whenever I sit. I think it’s a habit I maybe have to compensate for low seats/being tall/scoliosis(?). Sitting with legs straight feels uncomfortable and unusual. Any tips?

    Conservative groups eye solo travelers more suspiciously. Openness is lower. Harder to join such groups.
