hey @algolia fans. How are you testing/mocking locally?
I'm tempted to write a wrapper around https://github.com/bvaughn/js-search … that speaks the Algolia API

When using a service, you assume it works. So I always mock (works well with Jest) and snapshot what I sent, or at least do assertions.

I have some tests that do that now. But I also find for all kinds of reasons it is nice to have a minimally passable local version of critical external stuff. eg, Dynalite is awesome if you use DynamoDB
