Screen real-estate on the 34" wide screen is nice and all, but boy-o is it really hard switching from retina or full 4k to this. Gonna take some getting used to

Do you find the resolution better or worse? I am in the market for a new screen ideally with hdmi, usb-c and displayport. May be asking for too much though

I'm so used to the pixel density of my 4k and retina @ work that its hard to switch to a lower pixel density, But i wanted the wider real estate without having such high res for streaming. The curve is nice, but if doing it again i might have gone 27" 4K LG usb-c

I’ve got the 27” 4K LG usb-c (normal non-Apple one) it’s great... with built in USB hub I have all my peripherals plugged into it and just need a single single USB-C to dock my MBP ... I know it’s got HDMI, need to double check on display port

I have the same 27 LG at office and home. I have also had 34 and 38 wide usb-c LGs. For me both were too wide. Also preferred the pixel density of the 27in 4k.
