          Such a good point. Also, one of the editors was in Hawaii when Adam's post was written. She posted it last year to the ISXX listserv as a *must read*. The other editor sent me a sad email about his guilt. Being gaslit hits us and we don't even realize it b/c they toy with us.

          White guilt and private emails are just ways to absolve yourself from wrongdoing without putting in the work of making things right. This statement isn’t even close to a first step in that direction.
