I don't think he should've had to 'recuse himself' itfp, I think he got bowled over by DoJ schemers who had intent to go the unaccountable-Special Counsel route all along Having been fooled once, I've little faith he has the smarts or balls to call their bluff & unrecuse himself
Who's he gonna order to do this? Jeff Sessions? Sessions is recused. (From everything.) Rod Rosenstein told him he had to 'recuse himself' (from everything) and so he did.
So he's gonna order Rosenstein to do it? Only Sessions can order Rosenstein. (But he's 'recused')
