* We know it happened in several tranches @ January
* BTC avg price for Jan was 34,893 USD, a bit higher in Feb

With that reference, 1.5 billion = 42988 BTC. That's so close to the "meme number" that Elon's edgy memelord persona couldn't help himself and go for it… if buying 42069 BTC (at $35.7k) wasn't already his first choice, and the number makes sense if Tesla bought some in February
