I love YouTube and when the notification system was first introduced I was told it was a chance for subs to see "every video you upload" I supported or then. But why break this system too? Why let it be only a "if we think the video is good enough" system as well?

Just to clarify, if someone taps the bell > all notifications, then they do get a notification for every video upload! It's only the "occasional" notification setting that sends just some. Also, no matter your notification settings, all new uploads still show in the subs feed!

Does this apply to livestreams as well? Does a livestream send out a notification to all viewers that have tapped the bell or only s select few? Some days I’ll have 3k viewers when I go live some only 800-1k... with the same game and same time just diff weekday
