One thing I wanted to add, for everyone. I also have ADHD and I seem to be different. Painting is my music. Some background. This all I learned from Richard Williams "Animators Survival Kit", and his anectode of Milt Kahl and why he wasn't listening to music like all others did.

For those who don't know R. Williams or Milt Kahl. Both traditional animators. R. Williams was an animator and tried to document all of the knowledge from the old animators. His book is a treasure. http://www.theanimatorssurvivalkit.com/

You'll do better and work a lot more efficient. You can listen to nature sounds or public coffee bar if you feel it's too silent.

I find listening to music while I'm painting seriously to be a huge distraction. I love it when I'm casually painting or coming up with ideas, but not once I need to really focus.

Every music basicly, doesn't matter. After working a long time without music you'll notice even chill music will distract you.
