Were keys available in plaintext? Should we plan not just an upgrade, but also rolling credentials and keys used to access equipment? I'm assuming yes, but need info for team resources.

Clarity on which products are affected is required here. I am not familiar with Orion Platform... Does RMM and the backup solution you offer sit on this platform? Do I need to take action? Surely customers should be given clearer information about the impact. Solarwinds???

Good question. I know "Solar Winds" widely distributed but not if Orion is part of that, techies clip the product names. Also, companies slow to upgrade management tools in general these days - not automatic as in the past due to increasing complexity, compatibility issues, etc.
