A4 If you have brainstormed, set parameters for further brainstorming and then work through your list. So, if you first brainstorming exercise was “people who love dogs” whittle it down by “people who love Chihuahuas” (as an example) #SocialCafe

A3 Brainstorming is always my favorite. It is also helpful to ask questions of others, or, if they are willing to brainstorm with you! (It helps if they have a common problem that needs solving...) #SocialCafe

A2 It is important to understand your [intended] messaging as you [re]define your niche. I think niche can relate to a personal life, especially as you are gathering a group of interested parties, say, your knitting club or something ;) #SocialCafe

A1 In simplistic terms I think of “definition of your audience” but it means much more than that and can help to define you/your brand. The idea is that when people think of ________ (i.e. niche) they think of YOU! #SocialCafe
