Anyone who uses PACER should also be using RECAP. It's a browser add-on. Whenever you download a document from PACER, RECAP adds it to its online archive so that no one ever has to pay to read it again. Follow

I just checked and my pacer account has been deactivated, I hope my rankings & unlocks are safe... But really with all the fees and hoops you have to jump through the documents are just barely "public"
