it's deer season in wisconsin. nehlen has obviously actually been out hunting deer this weekend, but all the while he's been posting to telegram about shooting some very specific people, carefully couched in language he clearly believes shields him from any legal repercussions.

the 'horned jew' is a reference to an old antisemitic belief that jews literally have horns. the "rubbing hands" is a reference to the antisemitic happy merchant meme, in which a caricature of a jewish man is seen greedily rubbing his hands together.pic.twitter.com/I11colHvEb

nehlen posted numerous pictures and videos of his guns, views through the gun's sight, and laments that he doesn't have a gopro to livestream his hunting of jewish people, a reference to gopro shot livestreams of recent mass shootings.pic.twitter.com/8FDoKIyQa3

this video caption says he sees a "yenta" (a yiddish word that nazis have borrowed and use as a derogatory term for any woman they believe to be jewish) and wants to jump from his treestand and stab her.pic.twitter.com/FBqVB4NYg7

here he makes it explicit - he claims to see "two yentas" through the sights of his gun and names one of them madeleine, my legal name, the name he used when he posted my address to thousands of neonazis online.pic.twitter.com/2B3REbahy7

this isn't altogether new. men like nehlen have long been making violent threats and then adding "in minecraft" or pretending they were "just kidding." but this is clearly, explicitly meant to as a violent threat to two specific women. he is telling us that he is hunting us.

Unfortunately, law enforcement doesn't listen to these warnings until a crime has been committed! You know, the, 'Johnny come lately' group!
