an update: they now claim my account was never suspended and this was only a miscommunication. they are unable to comment on the status of the account i wrote to them about.

it’s no skin off my nose since i only made an account in order to access their customer service, but it’s pretty wild @CashApp responded to my note about a violent white supremacist organization using their platform by suspending *my* account.
