in mega man battle network 3 the condor battle chip (and *not* dashatk, its weaker equivalent) is specifically bugged such that it arbitrarily multihits depending on the panel (notice it has 180 power, yet kills the scuttles even on holy panels)

i hope that somewhere out there there's at least one person who played mega man maker and got so used to its weird gfx i used for the health and weapon spawners that when they played MM2 and got to picopico master they were severely disoriented

my secret favorite part of the mega man franchise is the like 8 different groups of inexplicable paradoxical weird alien robot / program / radio wave lifeforms and the ridiculously funny and interesting lore problems they all cause
