Eng leaders: how many of you use some type of tool for understanding engineering productivity/velocity? Are you looking at cycle times / PRs in progress / other metrics in a dashboard? See so many companies trying to solve this prob, but haven't found many buying it.

ChatGPT is amazing and can write code, but it's disconcerting how confidently it lies to you or gives you code that will not work. Seems like every response should include a confidence rating and and maybe even some references for the facts being presented.
