Because only one of the political ideologies advocates ethnic cleansing? It's really easy criteria to have and understand. Also what's the methodology behind the 100 million number? And could it be applied to capitalism?

And really you should do a little reading about the soviet union. They starved millions to death. Built execution chambers with slanted floors so they could more easily clean them after executing dissidents. Mass murdered thousands of polish people.
