That's not an objective fact. Eyes are not radar guns and are very inaccurate when it comes to determining speed. Your conclusion is based on nothing.

I understand this is just gonna be a point of disagreement. Some people might think this is totally fine, others are going to see it as an unsafe publicity stunt that didn't need to happen, and is just getting covered up with excuses to save face.

Bottom line, I don't think Steve is a terrible person, we all have different judgement thresholds, imo this wasn't the best look, but whatever. He seems to be pretty solid otherwise.
