    The story told in this thread is sickening. It is evil. And it has to stop.

    I don’t even know where to begin with what we need to learn from this situation with Josh Duggar. If you haven’t paid attention to updates, you should, because it is a glaring example of the problems we have in our legal system, and especially in conservative culture. (thread)

    I think I'm finally broken. Insurance company denied a CT Chest on a young woman with post-Covid syndrome. And while describing why I wanted it, I broke down in tears. It's too much. We want to do the right thing, and stupid rules keep us from being effective for our patients.
