im using basic in App Store snapchat. Why am I not aloud to not login?

I cant login to snapchat because it says - "Could not connect" "Please check your connection" But my connection is fine...

Can you try a different connection (if you are on data can you switch to Wi-Fi)? Please let us know if that helps

I've tried on data and I've been using Wi-Fi the whole time :( It doesn't help.
