  Yeah they add detail where it is useful like the denim and the gloves, but leave things smooth and simple in other places to preserve the cartoony appearance. It's an artistic feat for sure

  I was thinking about this yesterday. I always thought that the more powerful consoles became the worse Nintendo's games were going to look. Boy was I wrong they have the best looking game in my opinion.
