Honestly, man, I work for a great firm. We get compensation for victims, and it's very cathartic. Though, some of the things you have to read and hear... aren't easy. But then, it shouldn't be, yknow? Some things should hurt to read, to hear. When they don't, it's time to stop.
I get that. It shouldn't be easy. We don't stop fighting, no matter the toll it plays on us. Somebody must always be there to carry the shield and sword in order to keep the others safe. We all have a role to play in this life. I don't do well with sitting idly by.
