Thanks everyone for the kind words, I'll be a bit absent next few days as recuperate. Meltdowns are a frustrating reality for those of us with Autism that often leave us feeling exhausted and ashamed. I feel incredibly lucky to have such an amazing and kind community.
As much as it sucks that you have to go through that, it's great that you speak about it so openly and are so honest. You're a hell of an advocate. We love you, man. Look after yourself, recuperate, eat some good food and let yourself mellow.
