The definition in English law involves the words "public place", and it's only good for specifically deciding on whether an accident that CAUSED injury is an RTA. Super niche point of law, but I'm proud of it!
The motor vehicle point was actually the harder bit, because there are different classes of scooter and some are intended for roads but others aren't. It gets really wordy from there and won't fit in a tweet, but it was a fun argument to structure!
