orsaken are undead human who have only died since Arthas and know Calia as their "rightful" queen, the Naga have been naga for 10,000+ years and Azshara is still their queen. There's no power vacuum for the Naga. I don't think Tyrande will like the naga one bit XD
Eh, I'm not sure Azshara IS still the queen. She noped out of Nyalotha through a void portal to who-knows-where, saying she was going to take the true throne, or something like that. I reckon she's abandoned the naga, same as Sylvanas abandoned the Forsaken.

Honestly, I'm so excited by what I've already seen ahead of Shadowlands that it's kind of hard to rein in my bullshit theorizing side atm. So many possibilities for this and the next expansion!
