Bovinity is excellent, though it does sound like a measure of a burger's beef content. "With it's high breadcrumb count, the Sloppy Pom has a lower-than-usual bovinity, yet retains a delightful flavour and texture."

I know 'its' is the accepted usage (and actually thought I'd corrected it here, clearly not) , but it always feels wrong. The breadcrumb content pertains or belongs to it, so 'it's' just feels right!
