For the love of god Jacob stop. You and I studied history together. You know what colonialism and slavery actually were. Stop trivialising them in the pursuit of your badly thought out political project.

I see this comment all the time after marches. Great to know that me and the many other non-white faces I saw marching today are something to be further marginalised for the sake of a political point. Weโ€™re called minorities for a reason. There arenโ€™t that many of us anywhere.

Mate, I am a lawyer. Iโ€™ve not only read negotiation theory, I actually negotiate stuff. The BATNA in this case is to Remain as every sane person can see. The ERG will produce a load of delusional nonsense that makes us look even more ridiculous than we already do.

Read some negotiation theory: improving your Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement is one of the most basic elements of getting more out of a negotiation. The govt should have spent 2 years on the BATNA. They haven't. ERG doing that valuable work. "Undermine" is 100% wrong.

I donโ€™t care how easy it is. Absolutely appalled that people should have to apply to be able to live in their own homes and communities. Literally makes me feel sick. I will never make my peace with this aspect of Brexit and canโ€™t understand how anyone thinks this is ok.

Can we stop this. This is the dumbest analogy. For nearly three years this country has dragged itself into disarray trying to fulfil the Referendum. How would that work with Remain? For three years they tried to stay in the EU and couldnโ€™t agree how to do it? IT DOESNโ€™T WORK.

Fascinating how the values divide between Remainers and Brexiteers seems to cut across so many issues. Climate change, Islamaphobia, abortion, capital punishment. So when we feel like we are fighting for the future of our country, we really are. Brexit will just be the start....

As long as I live I will never understand how we were allowed to vote to disrupt the lives millions of people (EU in U.K. and U.K. in EU) had perfectly lawfully established in ways like this, most of whom did not have a vote. Makes Brexit forever fundamentally undemocratic to me.
