Sudarshan Shetty's curated visual arts section shut at the #Serendipity Arts Festival, Goa. Organisers continue to say "technical glitch". Those shut includes: a canvas that invited visitors to scribble. Visitors chose to scribble slogans against CAA. The room is now shut.
