    To those currently ‘reconsenting’ cos you know, the GDPR 🤦‍♂️& don’t know about or disregard PECRs “if you don’t have valid consent & cannot otherwise fall within R. 22(3) PECR you cannot try to elicit e-marketing consent from individuals”

    Just had a sales cold call, where they said “this call is recorded for security and training purposes” and I objected to this call being used for training, quoting GDPR and they hung up… :-)

    Nice Article. There is also the matter of enabling the existing infrastructure to handle the sovereign policy. It has the same misleading problem, as this is a dialogue between policies. Not policy asserted over one or another.

    Exactly, its not over - its just beginning. People can take back control, block, restrict, erase, and even rectify (alter) the data that is already out there.
