    This is a huge issue. It's the responsibility of Engineers, Maintenance Professionals, and Aviators to work together to do better. We take charts like this very seriously.

    When I was in flight school, they said that at your 10 year reunion, someone will be dead. And less than 6 months after, someone was dead. Army Aviation is having a bad track record, a 4x increase since 2013. What can we do better? I’m tired of losing classmates.
