This is not negative in any way but I can't believe how many people are saying the Eagles are in the Super Bowl for the second time in five years. You have to count the 2017 year where they won it. And the 2022 season we are finishing. It's 2/6. This is just literally counting.

I can’t stop thinking about this story. I really feel for this mom. It’s so easy as a parent to just follow what the crowd is doing without thinking. Like the thing I posted about drop-off parties. Most of those quick decisions we make as parents don’t matter. This one did.

Wow. Purdy came back in the game (and continued throwing) with what we now know is a tear to his elbow so bad that it will require surgery to repair. Pretty incredible. Not many non-Eagles players I ever root for but he’s definitely one now.

Here's a hot take: if the drop-off birthday party your child is invited to would be illegal by childcare regulation standards (not enough trained, focused caregivers to children that age) then don't leave them there alone because it isn't safe.
