They’re not BAD. The problem is no clear endgame. TLJ went a completely different direction, and half of ROS was spent trying to pivot back to TFA. It ended up being an indecisive mess of storytelling because they had buyer’s remorse to Rian Johnson’s ideas.

And ROS doesn't even feel like it follows all that logically from TLJ, because instead of really setting up something, TLJ was just Abrams putting out a bunch of his goddamn mystery boxes. BUT... even with all this, I thoroughly enjoyed all three movies.

It's not bad at all (with the exception of Rise of Skywalker), it brought back the franchise to a wider audience, something the prequels didn't archive. But, just like the prequels, the legacy will continue live on with promising Spin-Offs.
