You know what doesn’t get talked about enough in the industry? Onboarding. Having a streamlined, accountable process for introducing new hires to the rest of the team, figuring out how all of the tools and equipment work, knowing where stuff is, etc. is ridiculously valuable.

Also i just caught up with recent drama: My take: it's OK to be sad about an unfollow, your feelings are valid. I used to cry over them too. But acting upon it: assuming someone's character, attempting to slander, etc. = NOT OKAY. Assuming a follow = friendship = 💀🙅‍♀️

A reminder not to engage with folks that do the “hold on” thing. They were never aiming to sit down to the table with honest open respectful dialogue and are looking to antagonize you. Block or soft block as needed for a healthier feed.
